Valedo Therapy for Back Pain Reduction and Fine Muscle Control
image: HOCOMA, SWITZERLAND Valedo is a therapy device designed to support back health, reduce lower back pain, and improve fine muscle control and stability. The device contains 45 therapeutic exercises with 17 unique movements that target balance, mobilisation, movement awareness, stabilisation, and stretching. The Valedo uses exercises based on certified treatments, incorporated into the device by a team of engineers, physical therapists, movement scientists and doctors. The Valedo was launched in 2010 to assist with back pain therapy by motivating patients to keep performing the exercises using Augmented Performance Feedback, and by providing therapists with a comprehensive analysis and display of spinal shape and mobility.
